This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in re-saleable condition with original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@steelvex.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@steelvex.co.uk. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Terms
- Returns must be in re-saleable condition with all accessories and packaging intact
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply for non-defective returns (where the customer simply changed their mind)
- Damaged or faulty items: full refund plus return shipping covered by Steelvex
